Mid-Michigan IMAC June 7-8

Calling all IMAC pilots.

This is a reminder that the Jackson RC club is again sponsoring the Mid-Michigan IMAC Contest in Jackson, Michigan on June 7-8. We've had great attendance and exceptional weather the last several years resulting in a terrific contest. The club is putting out the warm welcome mat

for all Newbies and seasoned veterans alike and we are all excited about this years competition. If you haven't been to our field before, there is a map on our website that shows easy access off I-94, Exit 141. Go to www.mini-iac.com for links to our website, flyer, and pre-registration. We have lots of area for both tent and RV camping (no hookups) and concesions will be available on Sat. and Sun.

Thanks to TnT Landing Gear (Tom Kroggel), who has again donated gift certificates in support of the contest. These will be given to three lucky contestants selected at radom during the awards ceremony on Sunday. TnT is a full service hobby shop as well as a manufacturer of landing gear. Thanks Tom!

Theres lots of room for you and Stephen to come and join us. I'll even have a new plane for you to fly. Heck, just come, stay, and fly till the NATS in July..hee...hee.

Man, what an offer, this is going to get me in the doghouse for sure!!! Guess we'll need to stay in your new shop, i mean doghouse!!!!

Think you can get your local chamber of commerce to provide some gas subsidies for IMAC guys coming from distant points??

Sure...the doghouse.... err shop...is really nice and comfortable. I even ask my bride to put me in the doghouse now. Still have lots of covering and fitting to do on the new birds. You're welcome to join me!

Hey Joe;
If you come to the Mid-Michigan, I'll personally subsidize your gas for the weekend. I'll chip in...say.....two tanks! Let's see.....that would be........two times....uh.....what...is that a 40 oz or a 50 oz tank that you have in your IMAC bird?..... :-))

Man, I know the gas is a killer. I'm hoping it won't keep too many people away. I'm thinking maybe folks will buddy up to share expenses and still come and have a great time. Hope you can make it!

Im upgrading girlfriends this summer, to a newer, younger, better looking one! if i get arround to it.
