Default Hamilton IMAC Challenge.

Hey guys! I just read the sadning news about the Northern Kentucky cancellation and I thought I would boost the moral of the North Central by announcing a few things about the 3rd Annual Hamilton IMAC Challenge on June 21-22, 2008.

At the end of last years contest I asked what I thought to be a simple question about what we could do better. I got two answers: 1) Don't change a thing! 2) Dancing Girls (Thanks Wayne). Well I didn't listen on both accounts. We made some changes! I hope for the better. About 8 Months ago I began to contact several leaders in the Giant Scale arena about supplying our event with products to say "Thank you" to the faithful few that have spent more money in last two seasons than most will in a lifetime in this hobby. The response has been overwhelming! As of right now I have over $4,000.00 worth of prizes to give away to the registered pilots of our event.

We also will be raffling a Plane/Engine combo for only $5 tickets (registered pilots get 1 free) The plane will be an Extreme Flight 50cc Extra 300 with Brilleli 60cc motor. That's not all, Doug Leighton will be taking pics and video and placing it in DVD format for all registered pilots. The way I figure it is if you are going to travel here to be with us than I better make it worth it!

The cost for the weekend is $40 for non-IMACers and $35 if you are a member. This does include a $5.00 coupon for concessions and a $5 Raffle Ticket. Plus you will be registered to win a pilot prize. Pilot prizes consist of Kirby Graphic packages, TBM Prop, Duralite PowerBox w/ Li-Ions, Tru-turn Spinners, 12v Power Supply, Yak 55sp from Dawg House, Super Tiger Engine, Rc Aerographics Package, Carden Aircraft goods, Fancy Foamies, Tons of coupons, Oh Yeah a DA85 engine too!

Here is our format for the weekend. Practice time reserved for IMAC only folks will begin Friday at 3:00pm. Our hope is to get 3 rounds of knowns on Saturday, and 2 rounds on Sunday finishing around 2:00pm. We will also be hosting a BBQ Rib cookout on Saturday night wrapped around the Freestyle contest. If you are Flying Freestyle bring your "A" game cause Cincinnati news will be covering the event.

Please pre-register on the http://www.letsflyrc.com/ website to give us a good number of how many to plan for. If you have any questions about the event please correspond here or feel free to call me at 513-371-2435 or my email richard.musselman@53.com. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

I've been talking to Ric for the last several months and what he has planned is amazing.
This will be a big event here in NC.

Thanks for all the effort Ric.

If all works out I will be attending this event. It sounds like it could be one of the very best this year so I'm going to do my best and not miss it.

I had some radio issues at this past weekends Jackson event so I'm not sure if my rx will be back in time.

Come'on Horizon.
