Actually our region will be using this scoring program, It has many advantages over the excell based one on the IMAC Website:

http://home.earthlink.net/~smith509/dave/imac.html

It generates pilot performance charts and is a lot easier to use. If you have any problems installing it give me a shout.

Also this program supports the new ACS scoring and the standard freestyle scoring.

the Scoring program on the IMAC website does not support the official freestyle scoring, which has k-values and normalized scores like sequence. I think our contest was the only one that scored freestyle properly last year.

Below is a sample of a performance graph and the score entry screen. The performance graph shows the average of all of my manuevers(red) in all of my sequences compared to everyone else(blue).

From the graph I see that I need to work on manuever #2(humpty) and 5(hammer)...Too Cool

The program also created nice standing reports and final results in html format for easy printing and web hosting. It also generates your ama form 11 so that is one less peace of paper the pilots have to fill out when registering.

Can we pay an extra entry fee and have our scores excluded from the performance graph? I'd hate to abandon denial this year.

Great,
Dave diserves the credit he created it. I just started using it a couple of years ago and a lot of contests in our region are following suit.

Dan, the IMAC BOD has discussed the issue of not having a consistent scoring program across the US. Look to see something coming out from the BOD in the near future on this issue. We may learn more at the Feb judging school in Ft. Worth.

Stay tuned.

I used the Score! program for PARCS IMAC challenge I ran last year and can't say enough good things about it !!!!

The ability to use more than two judges is also great.
