1st Annual Cajun Coon-ass IMAC Challenge

Alright boys and girls. I think it is finally time for the 1st Annual Cajun Coon-ass IMAC Challenge. Wanting to host one early in 2008, March-April time frame. It would be held at the Cajun R/C field in New Iberia, LA. That is about 2 hrs west of New Orleans, 2 hrs east of Lake Charles, and smack dab in the middle of Cajun Country. Just trying to get an idea of how many would be planning on participating so I know how much boudin to order!!

Let me know who is interested so I can make a decision and begin planning.
