| Well its almost that time of year again. The 11th Annual Texoma IMAC Challenge is just around the corner. Sep 1st and 2nd. This year promices to be bigger and better than ever. Last year we had 48 pilots. I hope to break that recoed this year. The field is in excellent condition. Cows Broke in earlier in the year and left huge divets. The club really pulled together and totally reworked and releveled the field. Luckly for us we had a higher than average rain and the field is totally covered with new Grass. We will fly all classes Basic through Unlimited, QUAD F(Fun Flying Foamy Freestyle), and Freestyle.Early registration will be open at 2:00pm on Friday August 31st, and the field will be open at 9:00am for early arrivals and practice. There will be security at the field Friday and Saturday night so you can leave your trailers there. Here is the Flyer with Hotel Info: http://texomarcmodelers.org Map:http://texomarc.org/id18.htmlPictures from previous years:http://texomarc.org/id75.htmlAnd Finally PLEASE Pre-register here: http://www.letsflyrc.com/imac/CONTES...&PageMode=LISTWe typically have a large turnout, Pre-registeration helps a great deal. This allows US to have you pre-entered into the scoring Program, have flight order established, prior to the contest. You can pre register at the link above or send the following to danpow1973@yahoo.com Name Class Frequency Alternate Frequency Complete Address PH Number IMAC Number AMA Number Registration opens at 7:00 am on Saturday Sep 1st. Pilots meeting at 8:00 am, wheels up at 8:30. We will also be raffling off a Wildhare 35% Sukhoi and a $350 Gift certificate to one lucky Winner. Tickets will be sold at the event. 1 for $1, 6 for $5, 15 for $10, and 40 for $20. Procedes will go to support Texoma RC Modelers Flying Site Improvement Fund. I will be there. But I have to learn a sequence first. . Which one usually has the most pilots? Intermediate? Advanced? I was thinking of trying to go into intermediate first off. do alot of guys fly that one at Texoma? I know that you can not downgrade classes and that is fine with me, I am not really worried. |

Now, you know, I've been up for this one since judging school in winter. I will be there and know some of the other cajuns will be coming up also. Probably won't bring and of that mouth watering cajun food though. That way you guys will want to come down that much more in the spring.
