We had a really good turnout. I think the potential for rain kept a few away but I think there were close to 30 pilots. I really enjoyed watching the advanced and unlimited guys sling those big planes around. |

I made it back home! Weather sucked on the way home but it was a small price to pay for the great time we had. Very little hold ups, mostly the thirty minute rain delay, but those guys know how to make it happen. Ryan kicked ass setting this event up and I couldn't think of a better way to get onboard the IMAC circuit then this competition. Great job and thanks again for the excellent weekend. There was no shortage of great pilots and just down right, outstanding folks having a good time. There were several helpfull people who were ready to share tips and tricks for us first timers. Thanks again. Hope to see some of you soon. Good luck everyone!

| A great big thanks to Ryan, Phil, and the Cajun RC Club for hosting what I hope will become an annual event. What a great group of pilots and people that were friendly and fun to be around. The food was outstanding!!! Top notch Jambalaya at Phil and Brenda’s on Friday night. Boudin for breakfast on Saturday morning. This later hit my system if you know what I mean while I was on the flight line. The best tasting Gumbo I’ve ever had for lunch on Saturday. Tasty platters full of crawfish, corn, and potatoes on Saturday night. Ryan grossed everyone out by eating the goo out of the crawdad heads. I even ate the guts out of a crab. Bottom line was that the food was awesome. Thanks again guys for a great event. I’ll be there next year. Dean |

Dan, It is still unknown. I zeroed on the humpty. Phil said everything else was descent. I think I did pretty bad and was the fastest thing ever. A learning experience for me. I was the Sportsman rookie and it showed.
