Other than toasting (burning badly) the Unknowns on Sunday, this was an outstanding contest!!!

Ryan and Phil kept the lines moving, judging was equally shared, food was great, scores posted very quickly and just downright fun!!!!

Got home around midnight and still didn't regret going.

Thanx Guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A question for the unlimited pilots.
Did you fly the National unknown and if you did, was there enough room at the field to get in the last three manuevers?
We got rained out in Georgia and didn't get to fly it.

We did fly the national unknown. IMO there was barely enough room to get those 3 manouvers in, and only if you planned way ahead. I got behind a little, especially with it going down wind.

I guess it was ok since it was my first. Mel and Chuck tore it up and flew extremely well. I know now that a lot of practice is needed to do any kind of good. A blast none the less.
