Ah yes, practice!! I found out the same thing a few years ago. BTW, are you still flying that super extra compy? How's the Dalton coming along? Did Ryan fly his new Dalton? How did he like it?

I sure missed not being there - it really tore me up not going! For sure next year!!

Hey Bobby

I am starting to like it. I changed something on every round so I didn't fly as well as I wanted to but I think all in all the new setting got me going in the right direction. Thanks to Jonas for letting me borrow his throw meter, it was a big help. Hopefully if the weather settles I can go otu and burn fuel and get comfprtable with it. Are you coming to Arkansas?

Eddie

Thanks to all the guys from the Cajun RC club. On behalf of Melissa and I it was a great contest.

Yes, I plan on going to the Little Rock contest. I want to break in that 42% Extra so bad I can hardly stand it. Seems like my stickes are being replaced, it's raining or the wind is 40 mph. Humm, I just described a typical March Mississippi day/weekend!

Time will tell.

we didn't get a chance to fly it but, I imagine if you did the spin upwind with any kind of breeze, all the downwind elements would eat up some airspace!

see you soon,

Thanks John,

8 better be in the next county if you had a stiff headwind entering the spin.

When you snap from knife edge do you show the pitch break with the rudder or the elevator?

I had an opportunity to make this contest, not at all happy I didn't go. Finances weren't available and I didn't want to owe anyone...

There's a possibility I'm going to be making a career change very soon, the work will be steady and I'll be able to get back to a real life!

If this happens, I will see you guys in the very near future!!!!!

Sneaky question Andy!
I don't think most pilots will admit it (too many judges lurking) but I, like most pilots
will lead with a little more rudder then full aileron and no elevator!
Anybody else want to fess up?

Doesn't your plane have to break with rudder to put the plane in the stalled condition? Without the plane breaking into the stalled condition it's not a snap...am I right?
