NE Region Contest Thread 07'

Hey fellas, I decided to start a thread regarding the upcoming 07' contest season. Rick Porqueddu put this list togethor over on the IMAC site, and I thought it would be a good idea to list it here as well. These are the tentative and confirmed contests for 07' so far. Also, we have available to us here on the Giants a seperate contest calendar for the NE Region. When we enter our events here, they not only show just in our region calendar, but also the master event calendar on the giants. Hopefully from this, threads can spawn regarding specific events if anyone has questions, and it will result in a running database of info regarding each event. Holy cow! 9 events so far! It's gonna be a full season this year!

Maine isnt on their yet either! That is a must attend contest for me after going last year! Awsome field, awsome people and probably the best weather of any contest we had all year. 70-75 all weekend, bright blue skies and barely a breathe of wind all weekend. Also, I am in the process of adding one more CT contest in there too... but nothing firm yet... but still working on it!

Sweet! That means we get to add some new states to the "been there" belt.

If we go to Maine, get to add Mass. and New Hampshire. And if we go to a Canada one, alot more.

hope to have the paxaero imac scheduled for sure in the beginning of feburary . i have to ok it through the club at the monthly meeting. troy and i are hoping there wont be any problems. i will keep you posted. john morisi

A reminder that Quebec and the Canadian Maritime Provinces are included the IMAC Northeast Region. Quebec is "do-able" to those in the New England States and Vermont. Below is a copy of the approved contests in the NE Region, and the list does include 4 contests in Quebec!! There will also be 3 contests in Newfoundland in 2007, but these will be offering Basic and Sportsman Classes only. They will not be included in the Northeast Region schedule
