This should be the first one for the year in our area. If it is to be, I am going to call/E-mail as many people as I can to try to get them out for it. I think we had 5 people in basic last year, and 5 in advanced. Dave Michael showed up for unlimited, and just hung out. Ruben showed up for intermediate and decided to head back home. We still had fun, but this year I think we could get a much stronger turnout if we try. The field is very nice and the hosting club was loving it also from the locals I talked to said.

I seem to remember you being a pretty big hit there as well, helping one or two of the club members enhance their 3D flying.

I see it's on the tentative schedule on the NE IMAC site so maybe, just maybe it might happen.

In any case, I have planned for it. I was originally scheduled to work at the Hangar that saturday but he agreed to let me out of it if this happens

Would it be at the same field as Ruben's May Day IMAC last year, in Deleware? Thanks.

Shoe, no, I would think it would be at the PAXAERO field it was held at last year. On a side note, I talked to Troy by E-mail and he said he would not be able to do the contest in April due to work obligations. So I guess we will just have to wait and see if it ends up happening.

My first planned contest was PAXAERO, but it looks like it will be FARM down in VA now. I bet a few of us NE guys will be down there.

OK, thanks guys. I don't believe we've been to that field yet. Yeah, hopefully Troy can get one together at a later date, work permitting.

Neil,

With the host of others, new one in particular in and around the NE, there are plenty more to chose from.

This yr we have

Lums Pond in Delaware (NEW One, where they have the warbird thingy) probably about 2 hrs for you
Fairview (new one) again about 2 hours for you
F.A.R.M.
CAPI
Butcherfest
Milford

and a few others. Granted I would have really like to do PaxAero and if I had enough time I'd fill out the CD forms and get the signatures I needed and do it but to do all of that and get the club, the word out and a host of other things....

Why don't you come over to Lums Pond on April 20 for the IMAC primer
