Hey Gents,

As an FYI, in conjunction with the Pax Aero IMAC Contest, we plan to hold a mini-judging seminar on Sat night, 11 Oct at a local restaurant. Consider this a no-host social event with an IMAC Judging emphasis. It will be a good time of reviewing the basic criteria for judges and pilots, as well as some good food and fellowship. More details to follow in the next few weeks.

The contest is shaping up nicely with currently 16 registered pilots spanning all IMAC classes. Brian Foveaux is feverishly practicing for the freestyle event as well. And yes- we will have music!!

If anyone needs a hand with finding a place to stay, you can contact the below hotels. They currently have vacancies for the 10-12 Oct timeframe:

Sleep Inn- Ph: 301-737-0000 (5 minute drive from Helwig Field)
Patuxent Inn- Ph: 301-862-4100 (10 minute drive)
Days Inn- 301-863-6666 (20 minute drive)

If all else fails, give me a call at 301-247-4440 and I can assist.

No you can't. Troy will be hosting a judging SEMINAR, not a full school.

Wish I could be there! PaxAero was my home field back in the late 80's early 90's. In fact I was supposed to re-join PaxAero back in June but I ended up moving back to FL. due to a good job offer.
You guys have fun for me and represent my home town!!!

I sure do miss Good O'l Southern St. Marys County!!!!!!
