I just picked up this trailer and want to remove the vinyl
I think i will try a heat gun first and see what happens.

A heat gun will get them moving. Hopefully they aren't weathered real bad and come off 1/4" at a time. When I pulled all the stickers off of mine, I had lots of glue residue left. I use some 3M citrus cleaner and a stiff plastic squeegee to get that off.

Also try WD40 for any glue residue. Worked like a charm on mine.

HA! It's Dan's old trailer! lol

I have used stuff called Goo-B-Gone along with heat to get vinyl off.

If push comes to shove, try a 3M™ Stripe Off Wheel. They should be available at your local automotive paint supply house.

for the glue residue, Rapid Remover works awesome. You should be able to get it from a local sign shop.

Yeah, All that advertising is cool for encouraging "that 10% element" to try a Master Lock Endurance Test!

Actually my insurance agent asked me if I had any logos etc on my trailer. They said the stats were thieves looked for unmarked trailers as they are easier to sell than trying to pull a bunch of vinyl off. Most thieves want the trailer not whats inside.

Also I would not recomend "Goof -OFF" I tried it on my new trailer to remove the price that was written on it and it removed the paint.
