Have owned both- both are super sweet in my opinion.

The extra snaps more precise from the ones I have flown, but the edge seems to be wilder for the more extreme 3d maneuvers.

Check out the vids gallery- I have one with the H9 540 this past new years day if you want to see some of what it can do both precision and some 3d.

In regards to the Edge. Is this going to be like a big funfly foater sort of bird or is it capable of some solid flying quality. You know,. when it gets into a really nice tight groove.

I am an edge fan but have never flown one yet. The whole 260 thing really is looking quite appealing. It tends to have the qualities I love most from both the 330 and the 540.

Come Hangar 9 . Answer the call! 35% Extra 260

Both my edges (1 with a zenoah gt-80 and 1 with a 3w-100) can do every trick in the book. They both perform IMAC sequences with authority; and are also solid in high alpha flight. The snaps just have a different feel than with the extra, so it is just up to your personal preference.
