bodywerks, the fuselage is as long as is allowed for the given wingspan to be competition legal. 3 inches additional per wing panel is hardly noticeable. Thanks for your concern however.

Mind you, these scale Yaks have spinners!

I hope Chris does not mind me posting this but since he wrote here about it I guess it is fair game. About two weeks ago I attended a flying function and set up next to Chris. I got to see this new Yak 54 in its 104" current version. Guys, this was the best looking, constructed and finish job on any plane in its class. Not to mention the shear physical size of it, I cannot imagine this thing with 6" more on the wing. Now I am not exagerating here either, I own a very nice Aeroworks Extra 260 35%, but the quality on this Yak is a bit better and that is saying something cause Aeroworks put out a good ARF in their 260 offering. Chris also had the new Violator which is a 40oz RTF profile precision/3D machine. Beautiful plane that flew awesome for you electric fans. Sorry to get you salavating, they will be here soon as Chris said.
