Harrassment from Aerotech

This guy is relentless!!!!! I purchased a plane off of Aerotech that was built and sitting in his shop. I paid for it by mastercard. He called me asking if he could have that airframe I had just purchased so that he could satisfy another customer that was on his case, so I let him send it to him. Being the nice guy I am, I then found out that he used that airframe for the Shootout plane. I asked him and he said it wasn't the one. Well! the little birdies that told me said that it was and I believe them.

I cancelled the airplane and asked mastercard if I can get my money back and they said no poroblem. I got my money back and now he is harrassing me saying that my new airplane is finished when I know it's not. I keep telling him to stop harrassing me with emails he still persists on doing so. I then asked him to produce some pictures for me but he can't come up with any. Gee I wonder why? probably because it's not completed.

What the heck is wrong with this guy???

You're not the only person that is having issues with Aerotech lately...

Who is he? And why would he not ship your plane to you after you paid for it?

He asked me if he could ship it to someone he owed an airplane to, so I let him. He said he was going to build me another one so I said ok. What he forgot to tell me was where my first purchase really went.

Guys, I feel for you. I know your business dealings have been frustrating, but we really try and run a clean place here. Im going to lock this down before it gets to nasty, and to prevent FG from taking a black eye that would tarnish our reputation of not allowing mud throwin' here. I know you want the world to know about your frustrations, but we really try not to air dirty laundry here. I appologize for doing this, but its for the good of the site, not because we dont care.
