How do you get Aertech support, or where do I find it? I am in need of an 35% YAK canopy. I sent the 40% canopy back in December, John said he would swap them out. He told me it would be processed January 15th. I have not heard from them since. I have called and emailed everyday. Please help, if you can. Thanks, Ray Nessmith |

Seems like they've been having some customer service issues over there at Aerotech. There have been several threads lately about people's complaints that they are not honoring a lot of their deals. I do not know what is going on over there but I am sure someone out there does. At this point you'll be lucky if you see your stuff in 2 years. Good luck to ya!

opened by aerotech?... heres a few links.. theres more i just got tired of copy--paste...good luck... maybe try other owners to see if they have lost there plane and still have parts? Harrassment from Aerotech AeroTech R/C still in business? Well good luck on getting anything from him I personally don't think he has any canopies left that's why he is not getting back to you. Hopefully he shows his face at the Joe Nall. There are alot of people who will "NEVER" buy anything off of poor ol victimized John. PERIOD! opened at customs

What sucks is we had to do a fundraiser to make up for his ripping 2 kids off. We all know there are many, many more but, we had to look out for these kids first that he ripped off. Now he sneeks in, reads these threads, and does absolutely NOTHING to make things right. He is a gutless waste of airspace!
