Not all planes will do a decent blender. What are you flying?
Get high (the plane, not you). point the nose straight down at idle. full left aileron (all other controls neutral and engine at idle). After two axial rolls, jam both sticks up and in (full throttle, full left aileron, full right rudder and full down elevator.

Do all of the above and after the spin goes flat adjust the ailerons for the flattest spin. You may have to input some opposite aileron after the flat spin starts to hold it there. Come off the throttle some to unload stress on the plane after everything is established.

The cg has to be either very slightly positive to aft. A forward cg is hard to blender. Lots of control throws are required as well.

The last big blender I did with my Ultimate bent the wingtubes a 1/2 inch

The above three posts explained it perfectly!

Never broke a plane in a blender and done lots of them. Those that do break a plane usually entered the down line at full throttle and hammered the sticks from there. I make it a point to change to a carbon wing tube for all my planes. If your kit came out of the east you don't know what grade of aluminum the tube is made of. I've bent a few aluminum tubes just doing hard snaps and walls in level flight. No more aluminum.

OH, YEAH!! Full throttle blender! I got the tubes out and replaced them with solid Carbon. (30% Ultimate)

Is that the only thing that's gonna bend during a blender [wing tube]? I wanna do a full-throttle blender just to see what happens...

I believe the highest stress manuver is called the Terminator.....start out high, push a straight downline at full throttle then halfway through the downline pull full up elavator! If this is done at idle it is called a parachute.

Don't give me ideas! I've tried blenders up to 1/2 throttle just fine.

Climb up high, then nose down @ idle. Push full left aileron, and after a couple of rotations, apply full throttle, full right rudder, full left aileron, and full down elevator all at the same time. After the plane goes crazy/breaks in half, bring the ailerons back to center to bring what's left of her into an inverted flatspin.

I'm off to try a terminator.

I've took my 33% H9 Su and full throttle down line axiel roll , cut 1/2throttle push up elevator, in and in on sticks and watch the violence ensue. (NOT RECOMMENDED UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD A NEW ONE!!) I've done this twice I don't think I'll do it again.
