The Raven actually uses a Li-Po brick that is like 6x3x4 inches. Not sure about the cell count, but it is a honk'in battery. They also fly on a Aveox brushless, direct drive spinning a 8" or 9" APC pusher prop.

I got to know one of the Raven mechs over in Iraq a couple of years ago. I asked why they were on direct drive instead of a gearbox and larger prop for more endurance? It turns out they are designed that way for simplicity. No gearbox to get dicked up by the sand/envornment. Everything is plug-&-play and interchangeable. Pretty cool little bird in fact.
