I have saturdays off and my charger cr1 arrived yesterday here in IRAQ... We have a great big hangar to fly in. Thought i would throw up a pic.

I used to have the charger 260 and liked the way they fly. Easy to hover and torque roll with. And nice and cheap too. What setup do you have in yours? I was running 1320 3s thunder powers, and a 370 e flight motor, had good power too.

The setup is 4 hs-55's an AXI 480 size outrunner (don't know which one to be exact) a castle 25amp and yes the thunder power 3s 1320. It's a fun plane...it gets me by... wish i could ship a gasser...lol

So at least if the boss walks in and sees you flying the cr 1 on the job then you can say your practicing for work I feel for ya man, my Dad sent back some pics of the aftermath of a sandstorm when he was over there.

Lol....i doubt i can get away with pulling the "practice" card. We fly them ALL internal looking through a nose camera as far as taxi, t/o, and landing. We operate as if it were a real aircraft not an r/c. Only reason i get away with it is because the boss thinks the foamy is cool....AND IT IS!!!

As far as the sandstorm yeah they suck... we had one yesterday...the CR1 handled it with grace....
