It's finally ready for the maiden! Hopefully tomorrow!!

Just ran up the motor tonight.... set up radio...It's GO time!!

This will be my first big gasser! i'm so pumped!!

Well that sums it up really! i have some decals on order right now from scott's Rc should be here next week!

everyrhing went well!...still in awe! 1 click left aileron 1 click down elevater she was bang on!! i can telli 'm going to have alot of fun with this ship!!!!

That YAK is by far one of the most viceless and greatest flying airplanes ever built.

It will take some setting up to get the aileron differential sorted. It will likely have a tiny bit of rudder to elevator coupling in the knife edge and thats dead easy to mix out.

I agree 100% with what you say regarding how it makes you look good. You just wonder why you didnt get one earlier.

Great stuff, hope you have hundreds of great flights with it.

Saturday was go time!....LOL! i had this ship long enough! i couldn't have asked for a better day for a maiden!! +19 and calm had 2 flights on it and all is well, the plane flew itself!! The Almighty BME Ran like a Husky... i would've had more flights but a BBQ was planned and i showed up at the field with out my wing tube!!..hahaha so i had to run back home! so i lost some time! but the plane is wicked dude!!

Going to the calgary flames and anihiem game on tuesday so i'll be stopping in to grab my ZdZ 80 rv-j super from jefferies pm me phone number maybe we can meet up!!

i really do think this plane is fabulous!..i could tell right after it left the ground! The BME is one sweet motor too! Choke about 7-8 flips, choke off, ignition on.. started 1 flip everytime..now all i have to work on is the flip to start and glove off all in the same motion!!..LOL!!! i found knife edge flight to be a breeze..inverted flight hands off and the sweet sound of succsess when she rolls!!.. shweet.. shweet or what ever that sound is comming from the ailerons!!...hahaha too cool!
