Default Horizon Hobbies

Just got my ultra stick 60 and the right wing that was on top in the packaging had all the ribs broken from shipping. Called them up and they are sending a whole wing set out. Haven't got the wing yet, but that is great customer service. They don't even want the old wing set back!

I've had similar experiences with Horizon. I bought the 33% extra 330s and had a wing damaged during shipping, had a new wing within 2 days, no questions asked. I sent the damaged one back because it was repairable, but great customer service!!!! Wish all co. were like that.

Yea Horizon is a good company.
Have taken care of me on a number of occassions.
And they are sponsoring the Huckfest comming up here in June with some GREAT Prizes.
(A High end JR radio 9303?(sorry not a JR guy) and a Showtime 4D!!)

To me I see tham as a company that really knows that a happy customer is a
returning customer.

Good people right there.

When I ordered my F90 the cowl was broke upon arrival called them up and they had a new one sent right a way. Did not have to play the 20 question game with them or anything that is so nice.

I have a Showtime 4D, and both wings failed in flight. I was able to limp the plane in for an uneventful landing. I sent the wings to Horizon, and they sent me a brand new set ASAP. Can't ask for much more than that.
