Default Synth Module Packaging (from Chief)

Is this thing supposed to come in a box or something?

I got one from Chief Aircraft and it is just in a small zip-lock bag... no factory box, no warranty documents, no manual... nothing. For all I can tell, they sent me something that had been returned.

For a part that is so critical to keeping Giants in the air, you'd think that they'd package it a little better (granted, Chief did have it in a box full of styro peanuts, but still... where's the JR package?)

Cheers

I bought my 3W 106CS from them.. Just came wrapped in bubble wrap and thrown into a bag of peanuts.. I've ordered several things from them, all have come packaged this way, nothing has come damaged.. I've never had to try their costumer service, and hope I don't have to.. But they always get ym stuff here quick and undamaged.

Oh man razrback... I want to say it was just a pain white box with Chief Aircraft Tape stuff on it.. But it seems I also remember a little Cactus adress tag thing.. That was a long time ago, I don't have the box any more.

Why, should it have had a certain box?

Oh ok, I know Cactus supplies the 3w engines to chief, but not sure if they ship direct, or from chief.

They do ship from Chief. I called them and asked if they had any, before I ordered mine, and he said he had one left on hand. So I'd assume they ship to Chief from Cactus. So when people order them from chief they are in stock.
