How cool is this website.

I knew I loved this hobby, but this site is making me realize that I really am intrigued by the science of aviation.

All the Master Build threads and now Baron's thread.

I wish this site would have existed when i was 14!

I think the information in these threads would have motivated me to learn much more about "why planes fly".

To all the guys who are taking the time to post these amazing ground up build threads, sharing some of the vast knowledge you have I say THANKS. I know it takes a lot of extra time to post the pictures and explain them... but please note... WE ARE READING and LOVING IT!!!

To Baron and his family, your thread is the first one that I've had to get a graphing calculator out to read, it is truly inspiring.

Thanks guys... everytime I read threads like these it really gets me excited about this hobby, and aviation in general!

I have only been here for a week or so.... Kicking my self for not getting here earlier. I would also like to give a pat on the back to all those who have helped me and also like sleepy said. The ones that take the time out of their lifes to share with us there amazing build threads and storys.

It's a great hobby that's made even even greater by Flying Giants!

I see that a lot of people spend time on FG during the week and want to share the excitement with their model clubs on the weekends which breeds mateship and a good vibe amongst fellow modellers.
