| Ok, we've got the approval from our illustrious RD (Mr. Hamilton), so it's full speed ahead for the 2007 IMAC ButcherFEST!!!! Back to the Huntsingers!!! Jerry & Kent are kind enough to host an IMAC contest at their farm in Ashland VA. Here's what we'll do: *All IMAC classes, (2 flightlines) plus freestyle (gotta get Kent's huckin' in there somewhere!) *Field open Friday for practice including Friday evening pizza and beer! (People can show up Thurs night if they want to be ready at the crack of dawn Friday!) *Unlimited flying hours all weekend (but don't forget about restrictions on flying after you get your unknowns Saturday night) *Breakfast & Lunch included in registration fees (TBD). Also a dinner on site Sat night! *Bring your campers, motor homes, or tents to stay on site, or plenty of motels nearby. *Barn is available for limited overnight plane storage. First come first served. *Can set up a swap shop if people are interested This will be run as a standard IMAC contest (knowns, unknowns) but people who remember me from the North East know I like to mix it up a bit. So I'll be looking at adding some "extra-curricular" activities to add some fun (rolling loops, anyone?) Any other suggestions, comments, etc., let me know! Hope to see you there! Pete Castine CD

Just for the record, your hosts will be myself, my son Kent, and my adopted son Jamie. Also, to maintain discipline, check my photo under "View Public Profile".

We're officially a GO! The contest is now listed on the SE page of the IMAC site, and it's also set up on Vic Rice's IMAC contest site (THANKS VIC!). Please pre-register for the contest at: http://www.letsflyrc.com/imac/contests.asp This is a really big help to the CD (me) to pre-register. It allows me to set up the scoring and get other paperwork out of the way early, making things flow faster Saturday morning. Thanks, Pete

Now Les, you weren't paying attention in class! If you were you'd know that Aresti figure isn't legal. Know why? Pete
