the judges will be selected by lottery the day before...i do have some non contestant judges that are schooled, and good, like last years.. however it looks like i'll be short a few... All pilots that register will be flying..

Mark, I think I got the winning ticket for tomorrow. If I win, I will by your Carden.

Not intended to piss anyone off!

No way to make everyone happy on the judging... Someone will complain! I don't care who the judges are, someone will make small of it. Just human nature when it comes to competition!

You can't have the winning ticket! I DO!

I went to a full scale fly in today and they wanted us to bring out some rc planes. I didn't know we were going to do a noon-time demo, but there I was. With my new plane, about to put flight number 6 on it for about 1000 folks. Contrary to what Ty told me to do, I wrung the crap out of it. Harrier rolls, a little hovering, low inverted passes, knife edge passes, and then the landing. After a good touchdown, and 5 feet of roll, my left wheel departed the airplane, and I was suddenly on a skid (wheel pant). The axle came apart, but didn't break. Here are some pics. Anyone every seen this?
