Kent,

We're staying at the Spring Hill Suites Richmond VA Center 9701 Brook Road Glen Allen , VA 23059. Map shows it's only about 7 miles from the field.

I'm reserved at the Ashland Days Inn, 804-798-4262. Three miles away, Hotels.com says the room rate is $55. With AAA membership, 49.95. There are a bunch of hotels in Ashland.

anything you want. The heat in the barn is working good now. We can fly foamys , drink all the beer you can bring or work on broke planes.

ps I might have a few tasty beverages hiding in a corner somewhere.

hello! I am new to IMAC and flying in general. I am very excited about this weekend. I was wondering if this is going to be sort of laid back, or more formal? My friend and caller will be coming also, so we can both learn. Will there be open flying? Any 3-D instruction?

Hey Prizzy,
This will be about some instructional time indoors - covering material that is important to know when flying IMAC - and about flying. When it comes to being on the flightline, my goal is to have each participant fly with either Pete, Dave, me, or all of us, and get a comprehensive debrief afterwards. As for after-hours, well that's up to Kent Plan on about 9:30 - 4 on Saturday being "official" bootcamp time, and 10 - 1 on Sun - we'll get as much flying in as people's thumbs and fingers can handle. As for 3d - what's that? . . . I'm sure we can get you a few pointers. . .

What channels are folks flying for this primer?

Mine is 41. It might not be a bad idea to put the list of names with perspective channels by them. ...just a thought....
