Don, will certainly keep you posted. Dave, I hadn't thought of Fentress, I'm not even sure if there is any RC activity still going on there . . . last I knew the NAVY was getting a little funny about lending out their runway. I would really like a site in NC area as there are a number of interested pilots from the triad region of NC intersted. It seems there may be enough interest around here to also have a get together more locally. The problem is my schedule is pretty tight early in the year since we have 2 judging clinics and a major contest to work around, plus April is out for me . . . expecting my new 50 % pilot to arrive. if its the Triad area Ty, try the Winston-Salem field or contact Phil and Rhonda Vance, they usually run the contest at the field twice a year...its a good central location.... Joe |

Things have been sort of hold for a few weeks, but I'd like to get dates and such firmed up this week. The problem has been scheduling, looks like it will have to be sooner rather than later . . . perhaps the end of this month or early Feb. Now that the holiday madness is behind us hopefully things will come together quickly. t |

Hey Ty , I must of been blind. I never saw this thread untill today. I know of a nice field to have some primer/bootcamp  . Also have a good sized barn to hold static class. How bout it?FWB
