I just squezzed Ivo Krill a bit more today, SPARK the version with foamcores will be around 1000 euro, mine will be shipped during next week (hopefully) later I'll get the composite wings. Why do I get the version with foam wings, PRACTICE PRACTICE season is just around the corner.

Full composite version wil come in white or you can choose from 3 different color schemes.

brgds

I don't know anything about pattern contest so I have a question. What are the requirements that an aircraft has to meet in order to compete in a F3A or pattern competition? thanks.

Quite often any AMA legal airplane can be used for Sportsman, which is the entry level class, it's up to the contest director.

For any other class the limitations are the plane has to fit in a 2 meter x 2 meter box, meaning the wingspan and length cannot exceed 2 meters. The only other limitation is the plane, ready to fly minus fuel, cannot exceed 5 kg, or 11 lbs.

In Sportsman class, which is the beginning class, any AMA legal plane. The other classes; Intermediate, Advanced, Masters & F3A require the plane to fit in a 2 meter box, i.e. wingspan no more than 2 meters (about 78.75 inches) and total fuse length including spinner no more than 2 meters. Weight w/o fuel in the case of glow, but with batteries for electric no more than 5 kg, ( 11 lbs.)

I was looking at an Integral but the price was a bit higher than I had been told it was going to be so I am passing on that at the moment. I am currently flying a comp RevPro and have one in being repaired after a rudder failure. We don't see some of the models you guys fly, probably the freight cost to Australia.I have only just started in advanced and don't want a second mortgage if I acn help it, don't have the skills to warrent a real expensive model either.
Hey Cookie,

Here's the link for the Black Magic,
