Default Tail slide issue

When I do a big tail slide the first 50' are perfect. When it starts hauling ass towards the ground during the last half of the maneuver the heli starts to roll right. It does it only when it's dropping like a rock. The tail stays pointed straight down like an arrow. I'm confused why this is happening.

Try it in a vertical nose dive also. It will do the same thing.
It should roll right with a clockwise rotating head.
This is due to you having a small amount of right aileron trim to counter the tail thrust, which is countering the main rotor torque. If you notice the heli will always lean left while in a hover.
There is a balancing act going on where the main rotor must counter the thrust of the tail rotor.

I trim my heli for a neutral setting where it will drift left in an upright hover and drift left in an inverted hover to reduce the roll coupling at speed.

I wish you could have made Ircha, we would have figured it out.

Start at the very beginning, and double check all of your setup.
Check your CG.

I did a lot of tail slides at Ircha and did not have the roll coupling that you are describing. Unless I am subconsciously taking it out with the stick while I fly.
