Help! how to 3d properly?

hey anyone out there no any good websites that show helicopters doing 3d but also show the stick movements thanks

Here you go. Scroll down a little and there is a picture in picture section. Daniel Jetschin's looks the most synced up but good luck following his CRAZY FAST stick movements.

If you have RealFlight G3 or G3.5, you can look at the instructor files for Pete Niotis and Todd Bennett doing a number of 3D moves. Then you can practice right along with them.
