Default Hi I'd like some guidance and direction :)

Hi all;
I am new to rc heli's and rc in general. I was bitten by the bug badly - and I'm afraid I may be hopelessly hooked for life. Oh well, I'm sure there are worse things taking up peoples money and free time.

I would like some guidance and assistance if possible,
I bought an amazing little flyer, the Walkera 4#3b. I beat it up pretty well initially getting the hang of flying it, and found using the loveseat couch in the den to be a fantastic "catchers mitt" (I had A Lot of trouble initially finding the copters sweet spot hovering),but now I've basically worn the stock main motor out. I have a Losi Xcelorin 8750kv brushless motor/esc combo for Losi's 1/36th scale micro trucks- and I was wondering how/if I might be able to use it in the helicopter? Does anyone possibly have any guidance how I might be able to do this? I've never tried anything like this and would really appreciate some guidance.

Thanks so much in advance for your assistance!
