Default HB King II

Just bought a HB King II, charged up the battery and hooked it up and the heli started,,,surprise surprise. I had the trnasmitter off. what did I do wrong. Obviously I'm new.

Turn the transmitter on first... and make sure throttle is at lowest idle position.

Hello Stelan

In the RC world, its always been transmitter on first, throttle all the way down then power up the heli.

To shut her down, power the Heli down first then power off the transmitter.

The servos and all electronics will go nuts with out a signal from the transmitter, thats why the transmitter on first and off last.

I am going to disagree on half of that, It depends on the speed control, some require the throttle at half stick when turning on and then move to low throtle to arm it. I am not sure how the honey bee is set up read the manual and it should have some info on powering up. good luck with your new chopper
