Default Main Gears

Has anyone had their main gears fatigue and break? I went to fire up my 600 today and the gear blew outta nowhere. Im running the helical gear with the XL motor. Maybe it was a bad start up?

It was cold yes, well for me it was. Probably mid 50s. Since replacing it ive tightened up the mesh. We will see how long this one lasts.

Let us know. I had a similar problem with my stinger 90. They revised the material used in the main gear.
