Belt CP Pics! Info! Review!

Mine is still layed up waiting for parts. The crap ass chinese gyro I tried was complete junk, not even really a heading hold gyro like they claimed so I finally had to lay out for a GY 240. When I got this, I was gonna do it on the cheap. HS 55's, cheap chinese digi on the tail and and cheap gyro with an old fma rx.

Now the damn thing has Futaba micro digis, a 9650 on the tail, a futaba pcm micro rx and a gy240 for a gyro.

So much for a cheap, knock around heli.LOL.

haha true that!! i got the stock esky servos i want to go hs 55 .. i had abit of wag today but it was gusty.. so i gues the gyro was helping.... there no dought itll go away very fast hahah.. i had to yank back and hammer head once that led to accidental forward pass.. but that was stable... weew, with a scale body....

Just got myself a new toy (belt-cp) and i was just wanted to know where you mounted the speed controler?

right under it between the skids,, seems to work for me and its vented good there aswell

It will be a shame, the Belt CP does not deserve to be abandoned.

i just havent flown mine in along time! i get the heli bug in bursts... may start again once we start gym flying in a few weeks..

well, the gym season has begun, and as expected i have the heli out. still msotly hovering but now and then flying around when the wind isnt bad. i am really considering a scale body for it tho, its hard to tell what im doing agaist a treeline. and a red body will help haha, anyone else get one yet?

as the title says, tonight i did my first no bouncy gear flight! i have to say it flew like a entirly differnt bird, much more touchy haha, more stick time will help, i have to balence the head now tho,, i noticed a big wobble on startup that was hard to detect before,, so once that is gone itll be smoother for sure! will try to get pics next time

I'm planning on using my futaba 9cap with this heli. Can somebody post their futaba 9cap radio set ups for the belt cp.

its a 120 degree swash set up, you will likly need to reverse the front servo.. i have hitec, so im no help haha but anyone with that radio i wish i had that has a heli on a 120 set up will be able to help
