Default hmmmm 9451 question...

I just recently put a 9451 on my colllective on 6v. So far Im concerned. Although it states 100+ OZ of torque @ 6 v, I am able to easily hold it back with my little pinky finger... The 9252 is what it replaced based on going with a bit more umph on the collective. Any of you guys ever run a 9451, and what have your experiences been ? I already yanked it, and will replace. I have been told that the 9451 is a great servo on 90 size collective also.

I thought they were running 9351 not 9451. At 6 volts the 9252 is stronger.

Toro, although not on a heli I have 9451's on my Colombo for the past 3.5 years and they have been great. Still tight as day one, super fast, strong enough, and very reliable.

I know it is obvious, but make sure it is getting as much power as it should. Try a different batt/reg to double check. Mine are very fast, and plenty strong.
I used a big 5cell 1700mah nicd to set them up.

Off to hobby services with that sucker. I think at 6v it pushes something like 120oz's, and at 4.8 its the same as a 9252.

yankin' it... it seemed odd the first time I put it in the collective, and I could hold it back with no effort at all. Pullin it tomorrow... Maybe FUTABA booth will let me trade it in @ The AMA show...
