Mount your header. You may want to change the clunk in here also. Run all your plumbing. You will need to carefully drill the the bottom nipple of the tank if you are running a return line. Use a 2 mm drill bit.

Mount your servos, contol linkages should be set at 90 with the swash plate level. Add the rest of your electronics and you're done. Easy wasn't it? I love arfs. Blades and pipe are on the way

Yeah, its fiber glass. Just goes to show what a value this heli is. You can buy them for $40 at www.gohbee.com Yeah I have a kokam 2000mah pack regulated by a mah 4.8v regulator. I will eventually get the fromeco li-ion 4000 pack.

Looks good, thanks for sharing the build with us. I don't know if it's the angle of the pics, but it looks like the roll bell cranks need to come down a little via linkage adjustments.

Hey NH.
I was just looking at this thread again and noticed the gyro wires going around a sharp metal edge with no protection.
I would add something there to protect the wires from being cut.
But I'll bet you already knew that.

Pretty work brother Nitro!! Sterile install as well. These puppies look to be the heat! There's simply few reasons left not to be pimpin' a nitro chopper. My wife's gonna KILL you!!!
