My story is i had the optic 6 with the electron 6 rx and i could bang the crap out of that REX untill i went to a Align 35 amp speed controler and a 3550 kv motor then i got alot of motor cut outs 1 that took me down and from then on i could never get over the fear of glitches or motor cut outs.. So i went to the DX and never looked back it is AWSOME how many of you would like to go to a OCHC event and be able to turn on your radio any time you want !!! A couple guys have done the 6102 hack that gives it 5 point curves rather then 3 but the stock DX flys great ... I will never go back !!!!!

i have a question about your optic 6. did it only work with hitec recievers? cuz whenever i try to use my with a gws (for example) i would loose complete control of the plane at about 100 feet. it would start glitching like s**t and it would always cut out at the same distance everytime. did this ever happen to you?

i dont believe the gws is negitive shift .. The Optic 6 is so you would need a electron 6 rx to work
