The full scale 260 did not have counter balances... They aren't needed.

Cool, well with that being said. Im guessing now i just need to order this kit and start getting it built. Very much looking forward to getting this thing going and talked with John Light and he's going to cover this thing for me! Can't wait!! I tell ya John Light does some really good work and helps ya out as much as he can! I would recommend him for any cover job!! Now to motors, I'd like the DA 170!? Should i wait until the bugs are worked out of it if there is any bugs? Or just go with the 150 on pipes? Kyle |

Either will be unreal. A 260 with eight 8711's will be in the 37 lb range easily... box stock.

MAN im so looking forward to this thing!! Now to throw this out there! Any need to put some carbon streamers in the wings while in the building process? I know i see many of these arf's out there that say the wings are carbon reenforced. Any need to do this with this particular model? Kyle |

Only if your coring the wings. Go to my build thread, The Don mel 300 and look at the wings cored and with carbon toe installed. Rob

Hey Kyle, Im sure if you really wanted to, you could get 2 sets of stabs from Dalton and make one with counter balances for 3d and one without for IMAC.

May in fact get to stab sets, not sure though. SO how much construction needs to be done to one that tony has presheeted already? I see the two kits he has available for the 260 500 dollar difference? is it worth the 500 bucks to get on that's pre sheeted? And What all needs to be done to a pre sheeted kit? Thanks Kyle |

Sorry guys, but due to my work load I will no longer be offering presheeted kits. I will get that taken off my website.

Now this sucks!! lol as i was getting set on the airplane i want the guy that was going to build it for me i sent him the build thread link to one that was on here and its to much work for him to be comfortable building it for me for competition. I don't blame him! And i can't afford to pay for somebody to build it right now. But will keep this plane in mind if i can find somebody that i can afford to build me one! Thanks Guys!! Kyle |
