| Bad-ass Super Contributer! ![]() | as for faster response - those who don't fly setups which can show response differences -will never see it - during my first flight with my very familiar 33% EDGE -the difference was obvious-instantly- I had to up the expo% and simply re learn the feel of the model. My foamies - ?? no glitches but as most flying is simply constant see sawing of sticks - it is impossible to tell what the respose is - I did need more elev expo tho- The new 2.4 is not a gadget - all in all it is so superior to 72-53 whatever -I would never consider going back to that approach to control. the response increase absence of glitch in rx - no freq problems and th Model Match in the DX7 simply changed the way I feel about flying . Everything is easier . |

| Wing Bender!!! ![]() | IT's funny. I remember some of these same discussions when CA glues came out. You would have thought models were flying apart in the air. The bottom line is, once the mfgs get their full line of radios available in 2.4, the 72mhz market will be dead. Most of LHS in my area, that I have talked to, are saying it is pretty much dead now. New pilots are buying 2.4 and guys like me that need a higher-in solution are waiting. |

| Bad-ass Super Contributer! ![]() | I have been flying the 6ch FASST system now for a few months. Although I can not say there is a marked difference between that and my 9z, I am running a little more expo than normal. I use this radio for my fomies and a electric Katana. No problems to date and I am waiting for a full featured radio to come out to use in my 35%'ers. Nice not to have to worry about being shot down. To be honest I never had any problems with 72 either, except for being shot down. |

| Bad-ass Super Contributer! ![]() | Oh that-- minor detail the real surprise will be for the guys who stick with 72 --and find that at busy fields it will become the junk band where kids are using dad's old radio to run a electric car - seen it already . a junk band is like the old 27 band etc.. |
