Default JR 9303 2.4???? HELP????

Ok, I might, with an emphasis on might, switch to 2.4. I dont know, kinda scared. For those that are flying this radio with their big birds (40%+) how do you set them up in the reciever. Ok here is my setup, one lead coming out from left/right wing, one lead coming from left/right stab, 3 servos on rudder, smoke and throttle, 3 switches and current setup is on 2 recievers. Ok, with that said that comes up to 11 ports I need to plug into the reciever. But guess what its only a 9 channel. How are you guys setting them up with this reciever. Any and all help will be greatly appreciative. And lets keep this clean, no I'm not switching to Futaba or XPS or whatever else is out there. I'm talking about the 9303 2.4 radio.

Thanks

I think your 3rd rudder servo is going to be an issue. You can match 2 together but you won't get trim to the 3rd if you use a pmix. Also, the 9000 and 9100 receivers have seperate battery inputs.

The question is.. How are you matching the 3 rudder servos?
If you are using a Matchbox you'll only need one rudder channel on the reciever.

As far as what I have seen there is no trim with a pmix on the 9303. At least that is what Horizon told me and I have not been able to set one up. If there is a way to mix trim please let me know. That would be very helpful.

True Wayne but from his question it would appear he is plugging the 3 servos into the receiver seperately. I am running the JR921 in my 40% Dalton and works fine but I am onnly running 2 rudder servos.

I know.
I asked because thats where his problem lies.
The easiest solution is to mix them with a Matchbox and plug the Matchbox into one channel on the RX.

I understand you on this one. But that would take away from the technology of the SWB self adjusting servo tray where no matchboxes are needed. On my dual reciever setup, one servo is plugged into the right reciever rudder channes, servo two into the left reciever rudder channel and then the third into a separate channel and mixed. I'm guessing if I use the 9303 I'll have to use a matchbox for the rudder. Want to try and stay away from matchboxes though. I dont use matchboxes.

I didnt realize you have an SWB tray.
You could still plug all of the rudder servos into a Matchbox and not program anything in it.
Then you'd only have one plug that needed to go to the RX.

Think of the Matchbox as a 3 way Y harness if you do that.
