When you also add in that it comes with absolutely everybit of hardware (including servo arms) that is needed to complete the kit, and all of which is extremely high quality, I feel that adds a lot of value to the kit. I have assembled tons of arfs. Some have great hardware, some come with none, and some come with junk that simply gets bombed into the trash can. When you add the complete hardware package in, I think it falls right in the price point for aircraft in the 33 to 35% range.

Tank I would disagree on this. Look at Pilot-RC which comes with all carbon for $849, TT planes in the 33% range can be had for under $700 or Aeroworks 33% planes. All are equiped with high grade materials and are hundreds less. The only thing this has for it is if you want a Cap. Great Planes makes very nice planes and there built like a rock and will take some abuse, but I bet they lower the price or get stuck with a bunch of Caps!

The aeroworks is 1,100 + shipping pretty hard to compete with them and there QB models....
But as far as a TT(TOC) for 700$??? Perhaps a E-bay on your own if something happens specail....than
you can keep that one.....

Looking at the hx of GP and there models, they usually drop the prices, except the recient cost of living in China, has chaged that a bit..... If you take into the account, that you can take away 60$ off the price (tower discounts) this helps
a bit.... But I agree, that they may have to drop the price a hundered or so, to be a real bargin...
Or just hire some big time names to fly there products!! That should make the product move valuable right there!....
(It works for the other manufactures)...

I think that all they would need to do is add a CF wingtube and some control horns that had some alum. inserts and not the plastic ones, and this would be a hard one to keep in stock.....

JMHO....

Ok...its a CAP...Pilot RC and Aeroworks does not make a CAP this size. So..if you want a 100cc CAP that is built like a tank..this is the one. I am not saying I would buy one...Im done with 100cc planes..but the value is there. I had the old version of this plane..and built in about a week and I am slow. It was an awesome flying plane..

I'm sorry to butt-in here but I think Stang is getting hung up on the 1/3rd scale thing. It's size is more in line with a 35% and it should be compared to as such.It really is a 100cc class plane.
