Why was Yuri's demo cut short?

after he pulled off a flawless one wing seperation with secondary explosion he just couldnt figure out how to do a one wing knife edge landing.

he will have it down cold for next year though.

Yep it was an awful sight, I felt really bad for the guy. His show the next day was understandably a little more conservative.

It looked like flutter, but I heard someone saying something about a faulty wing panel - I can't be sure though.

Yuri has this cool routing where he takes the plane up to prolly about 2.5k feet and dead sticks it. Nose down the entire dive, he pulls out hard, does a few snaps or whatever comes to mind, and lands. I'm not sure what the terminal velocity is on that airframe, but it was a cookin'! Mind you with no prop braking. It was a real bummer, that plane was a beaute.
