I beleive Jet Mart had some www.jetmartusa.com
The a/c page wasen't working for me but they have it listed in the custom build section, and I rember seeing them on there the other year but I don't know if there still in production.

Two jets and two (removable) dummy pods would be pretty good. You could do the flight tests without the dummy pods. Less to go wrong that 4 engines.

I though that deltas were supposed to be pretty stable with good lift for the wing area. Its pretty much a Concord with engine pods. I'm sure I have seen models of the Concord flying?
