Default Custom turboprop exhausts

I am contemplating installing a turboprop in an airplane that will put the exhausts directly in front of the wing leading edge. Is there anyone who makes custom exhausts, like for instance a Y on the end of each exhaust to blow the hot gases up and down (over and under the wing)? Other than hitting in a nose over (tail dragger), is there any reason I can't turn the system 90 degrees so the exhausts go up and down instead of out the sides?

If this is the Wren54 system, someone said that Wren converted the exhaust on their engine to deflect exhaust more downward to solve that problem.

It may be a similar situation. Might be worth asking Wren if they offer another exhaust solution.

Wouldn't that tend to push the nose up? It seems to me that splitting the exhausts into a "Y" on each side would be a better solution.

No response from tamjets. Any other suggestions?
