I am contemplating installing a turboprop in an airplane that will put the exhausts directly in front of the wing leading edge. Is there anyone who makes custom exhausts, like for instance a Y on the end of each exhaust to blow the hot gases up and down (over and under the wing)? Other than hitting in a nose over (tail dragger), is there any reason I can't turn the system 90 degrees so the exhausts go up and down instead of out the sides? Later; D.W.

If this is the Wren54 system, someone said that Wren converted the exhaust on their engine to deflect exhaust more downward to solve that problem.

It may be a similar situation. Might be worth asking Wren if they offer another exhaust solution. RJ
