Thank you,
Reza
I might be mistaken, however I believe that the video submission is to determine the invitational list. The other three spots are for those that come to the qualifier day.

Thanks Wizard. I think you are correct. What you said makes more sense. What I like about this event is to give everyone a chance to fly free style. I am thinking about this. Only obstacle is I need to take a week off and ship my plane if I get selected. We'll see. Thanks for the explanation.

Yes, the team competition should be a blast! It'll be interesting to see what everybody comes up with. We're working on the final details of it, as well as the Night Fly competition now. The night fly competition, along with the fireworks should be great for the family to come and watch!

Question Re: XFC 2008 Announcement

Hello all,

Any momentum on the outcome of the night and team flying events at the XFC? Also, I noticed the heli maneuvers have been posted. When will the airplane maneuvers be posted? It's getting close!

No hook-ups. There is one electrical hookup but it is reserved for the scoring trailer. There is a fresh water source but I believe it is over at the other side of the AMA. Last year everyone was using their generators. A little noisy at times, but what the heck, with the planes flying over head...who cared<G>

I am trying to update my calendar.
Is this the week before the St Louis fly in?
I am still not sure on the dates of these two events.

unless they changed from last year....there is not hook-ups where the XFC is held. However, on site 4....centerstage of the AMA ..there is hook-ups...but if the "carnival" is back this year, you wont be able to camp back there.
