Great write-up Sam, and great job out there busting your butt all weekend! Hope the wife isn't too mad at us for stealing you for the whole weekend!!! The event is only as good as the fun-loving & friendly folks that show up! Thanks to everyone that came! Was great seeing everyone this past weekend, and had a blast talking with everyone all day Friday and Saturday. Congrats to Max, Sam and the entire FG crew for a great event !! So it sounds like the event was a success.......even though attendance was lower than expected due to predicted winds. Note to everyone out there: Weatherman/women don't know jack!!!!!! And thanks again PAU boys for bringing the planes all the way from the "Great White North".......see I know my Mckenzie brother lingo....ehhh!

I wish I could have helped........in a way I did. I was responsible for their safety from the flightline. I had the cell numbers, ensured they had water and they had my cell. Not the same as ruining a pair of shoes but such is the life of the CD of the event!

I'm just glad Warren got ahold of the police and we were able to retrieve Joey's plane........and even better.....minimal damage. Now lets see his nerves at this field again in Mid Oct
