Mark!!! WOWOWOWOWOWOW Excellent shots!!!! Question - whas the pic of Ido taken with that big honker lens, or the smaller one? You do some amazing work dude!! I love the balloons too!!

I would think that you would have to put some small Li-Po batteries on the blades themselves.

It was great to see you at the XFC this year. Hope you make it to IRCHA.

All the shots except the balloons were with the Big lens (canon 300 f2.8 IS)

After you shoot for a while with that lens you don't want to use anything else <G>

You also don't want to lift anything else either!!!! This is the first shots I've seen from it, very cool!!! Unfortunately not going to make IRCHA and much as I'd like to. Scheduling is tight on my end. Last year was a hoot though and I encourage everyone to check it out!

Any of those shots I took on your cam of you flying turn out?

For those of you who don't know Mr. Fadely, not only is he a great photog, but an even more unbelievable heli stick! XFC competitor, chop chop extrordinaire, and a great guy to hang out with!

Nice work!! I wish I could afford a 300/2.8, and a 1D! I bought a 70-200 F4.0 USM L yesterday and can't wait for it to show up.

I was impressed with your B&W series that you entered in the monthly contest. Very nice stuff. I've never used the 70 - 200 f4 but I've heard people say it's a great lens and it's even sharper than the 70 - 200 2.8. Look forward to seeing some of your work with it.

I think you wont be disappointed, it lives up to its reputation
I use it almost exclusively for my aerial shoots.

i ended up getting a 78-105 f3.5 USM back in april, so far its been great.. but im not sure if its my eyes, or the view finder focuc wheel effects the actual pic, or a seting ,, haha when i shoot fast objects coming toward and going away it seems to end up blurred... is there a trick to this?? heres an example
