Thanks to all who contributed photos for this months contest. I got the pleasure of picking this months winner. It was not an easy task. There were many excellent photos submitted. But, I had to decide on a winner. I ended up going through and picking the ones I though were best and downloading them and running them as a slide show. The winner was the one that keep jumping out at me. Remember this is personal preference. First Place: rc4flying What I really liked about this photo was the way the aircraft was framed by the clouds, and the sharpness of the shot.

OK guys I jumped the jumped the jun a little. I was asked to pick the winner and went ahead and picked one. I have started a new contest for November and have moved the submissions that came in late to the new contest. My apologies to those that were moved.

Mike, you dun good!! Can you please give us a couple of runner's up? Great shots everyone, I'm simply blown away at some of the shots that were submitted. Krash - dude, those shots are sick!!! Winners: please PM momo your address and we'll get some goodies out your way. DVD's, Graphics and all the usual stuff. Thanks again everyone! While this one was totally off the cuff, I imagine we'll bring a bit more structure into November.

And the runner-ups... shahar arama: I think that the horizon line draws the eye to the sailplane. Flypilot: I really like the way the plane is framed by the tree in the background.

Wizard, Thanks for selecting my October photo entry as your 1st place choice. I hope everyone else enjoyed it also ? It just jumped out at me the minute I saw it myself. Gave me the feeling that I was in formation with the Pitts 12 at attitude. Again, Thanks for the October Photo honors. I will get a message to MoMo.
