Guys, here is a look at the new updated Pitts Python! As you can see it now has a much more rounded cowl and a dummy radial for baffeling! I have also included a pic of the landing gear reinforcement. Here is a link to the flying video that we have just posted! http://www.flyinggiants.com/gallery/...hp?photo=32607 We expect these to be in around november or december so please get on the list now if you would like to order one as they are sure to sell fast! |

This is one sick looking ride. Would be a nice sidekick for my 35% 260 <====== Too bad the pretty scoop on the cowling gets removed for motor cooling. I guess it would be there for an electric setup though!

Surprised this thread isn't getting more action. Anyone getting one of these planes? It looks really nice.

It's a nice bird but something about it is WRONG as far as looks. They did a nice job on re-doing the cowl but the gear/pants looks too small for the plane (and too far back on the fuse) and the wing chord looks "skinny." I thought the video shows a great flying plane though. Good price and great color scheme. I'd give it 7.5 on a scale of 10. Order of "gotta have one:" 1. Trueworthy's (The Python/M12 Godfather!) 2. QQ's 3. Aerotech 4.Aeroworks 5. Goldberg's As far as the electric Pythons go..... My kiddo is on the wait list for a Zero Gravity and it seems to be the best looking one of the crop. Goldberg has one and so does QQ. Just my 2 cents* worth........... WT * The opinion expressed by WT is strictly for the benefit of WT, has absolutely no value to anyone living or dead, is not meant to tick anyone off, etc. Anybody feeling offended by this opinion should go straight to their local hobby shop and buy the Pitts of their liking. They should then purchase beer and pizza, call WT to invite him to fly THEIR Pitts. WT will then issue another meaningless opinion, thank them for pizza, beer and flying their airplane and invite THEM for pizza beer and flying HIS plane! You can express your meaningless opinion and we'll start this all over again. The end result will be lots of beer and pizza consumed along with a lot of stick time for everyone! WT, over and out! |

If I wasn't having a love affair with my new H9 ultimate , I would definitely pick up one of these Pythons. Either this one , Aerotech's or QQ. The QQ has a 10% airfoil. Thats nuts. The colour scheme is hot on all three. Shaun man get a bipe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! c'mon my hangar fees aren't getting any cheaper anyways. |

it does look a lot better than the prototype......looks like it flies pretty good too two good qualities to have for a new plane, looks good and flies good. |

Aeroworks is just down the street from my house and I just picked up my first "giant" plane from them a week or two ago (100cc Yak). So far the assembly process is going great and I'm impressed with the quality. I've been looking for a bipe and I love round cowl planes so this is a no brainer for me...As soon as I'm finished with the Yak...I'll be heading down the street to pick up a Python... Man...My wallet is taking a beating from Aeroworks... |
