The LP has a different cowl, and also if you look closely at the photo you will see the canopy hatch line goes farther forward allowing for the exchange of a 2 place canopy. It is actually a 2-place aircraft. It is a modified 300L. I think they lightened things up some as well.

I saw this plane at the Toldeo Show and fell in love immediately. It's a gorgeous plane that looks even better in person than in the pictures. The red,black and silver scheme is wonderful. I might have to have this one. ( My wife says I have too many planes)
All I can say, the pictures don't do it justice.
Great looking plane AW.

Wing span 86 inches.
Wing Area 1350 sq. in.
Fuselage Length 72" (Rudder to front of cowling)
Fuselage length 77" ( Rudder to front of spinner)
Weight 15.5 to 16.5 lbs
